Raffaello Porro
Raffaello Porro began his career in the Fiat Group, first at FiatAvio dealing with internal communication, then at Comau as Head of Marketing and Strategic Planning. After a year at Comau Service as Head of International HR, he became Director of Communications at Fiat-GM Powertrain and then, after an experience as Foreign press officer in Fiat SpA, he held simultaneously the positions of Head of Corporate Communications of Fiat Group Automobiles and Director External Relations of Lancia.
In October 2009 Raffaello was appointed Director of Communications and External Relations of Automobili Lamborghini SpA, where he coordinates an international team of 20 people.
Founded in 1963, Lamborghini is headquartered in Sant'Agata Bolognese, from where it exports its luxury super sports cars to places across the world. With over 850 employees, Lamborghini has produced an average of 1,800 cars a year in the last five years.
Raffaello is a graduate in Arts with a degree in History and Criticism of Cinema from the University of Turin. He has twenty years of experience in the field of communication. He is fluent in English, German, French.
