Roberto Muzzetta

Roberto Muzzetta is a member of the board of Directors and in-house counsel of Elcart Distribution SpA. Founded in 1978, Elcart sources and distributes electronic components. Prior to joining Elcart, Roberto worked as legal counsel in the areas of corporate and antitrust law as well as corporate governance at the Studio Legale Tributario, associated with Ernst & Young.

Roberto received a degree in law from the Università degli Studi di Milano and a Master in Laws, Antitrust and International Regulation, from the New York University School of Law. He then completed Executive MBA program at the SDA Bocconi in Milan.

Roberto is a member of the New York State Bar Association, as well as the Italian Bar.
